We are pleased to announce that we have acquired Chem Pack, which is a Melbourne based company that formulates and packs chemicals, predominately agricultural chemicals. Chem Pack also has warehousing and consists of a staff of 60. The physical takeover date is 01 January 2021. We welcome Chem Pack into the DGL Group.
